Franco’s – Jermyn St.
Franco’s first got in contact after seeing the work we were doing for West London Deli Chain, Bayley & Sage. Their interior had recently been beautifully re-designed by Philip Hooper and they wanted their web-presence to reflect this.
User Experience – UX
We were keen that the new website reflected the excellent service that Franco’s is renowned for and the UX needed to reflect this. Notoriously, restaurant websites can be over-complicated and difficult to navigate, with key information often hidden from the user. We made sure every aspect of a customer’s interaction with the site was considered and thought through.
Ardour Design have managed to reflect perfectly our business model, combining simplicity, efficiency and quality which they understood straight away and can be seen in the functionalities of the website.
Hospitality and Technology
It’s an important mix, a partnership that should go hand in hand but can so often become a convoluted and difficult experience. We made sure that UX was at the forefront of our development schedule.
Focus On User Experience
Ensuring a smooth flow from page to page, an intuitive use of calls to action and a simple and easy to implement booking system that is able to grow as Franco’s online presence does.
Synonymous With Excellence
Using their existing branding and with a nod to their recent new interior scheme, we came up with an elegant and sophisticated approach to the design. Franco’s is an institution, it was important not to scare off their existing and loyal client-base.
Having researched and met with many web design companies we found Ardour Design’s excitement and professional approach to the project refreshing.
